I personally prefer fit of Metcon 4 (over Metcon 5)

When it was time to replace my Metcon 4, I bought both Metcon 5 and Metcon 4 in the same size at the same time. Metcon 5 is a lot roomier overall but more so in the toe box area. I prefer the Metcon 4 as it gives me the stability I need for both cardio and strength exercises I do. Please do not discontinue Metcon 4.

This is your sign, buy them.

I was skeptical about these and if they would actually make a difference. The stability they give and support is absolutely amazing. I’m so impressed I sad I waited so long.

These are absolutely the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn! It's cute, flexible, lightweight, and comfortable on my feet. I also get a lot of compliments on the shoes whenever I wear them to the gym. I really hope more shades of these shoes drop and Nike continues to make them. Because, as someone who has tried both Free Metcon 4 and 5, I think Free Metcon 4 is more stylish, more comfortable, provides greater ankle support, and is lighter compared to 5. I will definitely buy another pair as a backup. (But I really hope for additional colours to drop.) I wear my shoes for weight lifting, walking, and cardio, and I also wear them while travelling. I got my usual size (7), and it fits like a glove! If you are in between sizes definitely size up because these shoes are quite snug and can be difficult to put on, but once they are on your feet, your feet will be very happy! I???d recommend these shoes to everyone!
