When I first tried the shirt on, I was nervous it would make me feel too constricted, as the fit is rather tight. However, I was impressed that the shirt did not ride up under my uniform nor bunch up around my waist and arms. The fabric feels soft and light, but still thick enough that it will be able to withstand a tumble or two. It stays put with movement and compliments an athletic build! The ventilation on the front and back of the shirt are a nice touch as well. Not only is it nice for breathability, but the pattern is flattering and sleek too!
